Location: Onsite at HPW Fresh and Dry Ghana, Adeiso, E/R, Ghana

Job Purpose

Responsible for protecting life and company assets within the premises at any time

Key responsibilites and duties

• Ensuring the daily safety of the factory premises.
• Assigning security personnel to duty post and requesting reports.
• Reviewing security daily reports.
• Ensuring strict adherence to access control protocols.
• Monitoring of security personnel by patrolling.
• Monitoring of security surveillance systems.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ensure that all stakeholders adhere to the security protocols.
• Organize monthly drills for security guards.
• Organize monthly trainings for security guards.
• Submit weekly reports on security issues

Required education, Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum qualification of SHS/HND
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience
• Good communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective technical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Teamworking skills
• Ability to spot problems and react on it.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work during odd hours
