2020: An unforgettable year

What will we remember in a few years' time when we think back to 2020? Without a doubt: the corona pandemic. But hopefully also something more than that. When we look back on the activities of HPW, various highlights have characterised this globally difficult year:

Start of production in the Ivory Coast

After 8 months of construction, our factory in Côte d'Ivoire started work in June 2020. With the support of 320 newly recruited employees, the production facility not only processed its first mangoes, coconuts and pineapples, but also successfully achieved BRC certification - one of the leading food safety and quality standards. Both our factories in Ghana and the Ivory Coast are therefore able to supply you with premium dried fruit and snacks straight from the source, produced to the highest international food and quality standards.
