We support the professional and personal development of our employees in a variety of ways. Flat hierarchical levels enable the delegation of responsibility and a high level of transparency within the company.

We promote the exchange of knowledge across the company and working in teams. Travelling to conferences, courses, trade fairs and training courses are an integral part of our employee development programme.

  • Our free gym on the company premises is available to everyone and is supervised by a personal trainer.
  • Regular medical check-ups on site and a clinic for minor injuries, malaria treatment and colds ensure the health of our employees.
  • Free transport to and from work and two balanced meals a day support the well-being of all employees.
